This website

videonxt.app does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and loads no fonts or scripts from other parties. If you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you.

Organizations and their administrators

For organizations that use videoNXT we keep the contact and account details of their administrators (name, email address, sign-in data) and the details needed for our agreement and invoices. We are responsible for this data.

Viewers of a channel

Each channel belongs to an organization. When you create an account on a channel or watch its videos, that organization decides what happens with your data; we process it on its behalf, only to run the channel. This covers your account details (such as name and email address), your sign-in data and technical data needed to deliver video, such as your IP address and device type. Questions about your data on a channel go to the organization behind it; we will help them answer.

Where data is stored

Data is stored at Amazon Web Services in Ireland (EU). Videos and images are delivered through Amazon CloudFront, which may serve them from locations close to the viewer.

How long we keep it

We keep data as long as the account or the agreement exists, and delete it after it ends, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example invoices, seven years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by writing to info@videonxt.app. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
